Drug user stole sister's jewellery to pay his dealers

A 22-YEAR-OLD man stole jewellery worth more than £300 from his sister to pay off drug debts, a court has heard. Dean Wagstaff, of Shobnall Close, Burton, admitted the theft when he appeared at Burton Magistrates' Court yesterday.
